1, Would love to know more about your business. What's Min QTY? 

     MOQ is 100-150pcs per color per style. We would love to tell you that fabric is sold by one roll from fabric market. So we need to buy at least one roll of fabric while you place order and then one roll fabric can make around 100-150pcs.

 

2, How about lead time?

    Lead time is around 10-25 days after pre-production sample confirmed. It depends that different styles. If it is a simple style finished fast 10-15 days and a complex style would be taken much time to do around 15-25 days.

 

3, Do you work off sketches? 

    Yes, we can do that. But you need to provide us with more information, like size measurements & specification etc.

 

4, Also we do not pay for any samples with our manufacturers. Can you match this request?

    That's fine we can make fee sample for you but we will charge sample fee $50 each if you don't place order for the style.

 

5, Do you have a catalogue?

    No, we don't have it. But you can send us photo of style before sampling so we can confirm if our factory can do that.

 

6, Could you quote off photo?

    Yes, we can give you an approximate price based on photo. Then the final price can't be given to you till sample finished.

 

7, What would be your making prices for dresses?

    Usually, the price would be workable for customers as we are a factory not agent. Also, you can send us a trial style to do so you can see our quality and price and then go ahead.

 

8, I'm impressed "one person said that Chinese quality is so bad. The sample is high quality but bulk production is so awful" .

    That situation is very rare. So it is important for you to choose a good supplier to work in the beginning.

 

9, What do you specialise in?

    We are manufacturing women clothes like dress, blouse top, pant, short, skirt, playsuit, jumpsuit, jacket, blazer, denim, knitwear, sport wear, tee etc.

 

10, Fabric sourcing - ask about where it is sourced. How easily fabric swatches can be sent through if we send through colour palette and examples. Lead time on this?

     All fabric we sourced from Guangzhou fabric market. It isn't far from our factory to the fabric market. It takes 1-2 days to source and send out once we get colour palette and examples.

 

11, Are you able to provide a pre-production sample to check before production starts so changes can be made in necessary?

     Of course we will send you a pre-production sample to check and then go into bulk.

 

12, How do we do quality control of clothing?

      (1) Buy fabric & accessory from the authorized supplier by customer.

      (2) All fabric & accessory must be pre-shrunk before cutting to test shrinkage and color fastness. Then allow to put into warehouse.

      (3) All fabric & accessory sample will be checked & confirmed before bulk production.

      (4) Do bulk inspection including first inspection, middle inspection, final inspection.
