In 2015, YNCLOTHING marked a significant milestone by launching its International Trade Division, shifting its focus to global markets while maintaining an unwavering emphasis on **high-quality output**.          Consultation

Initial consultation with us to confirm your company's design requirements. We will fully collaborate with your company on the development of your new clothing line, encompassing your design drafts, color palette, fabric preferences, production quantities, and any other design particulars.

     Bespoke Mood Board

All the information collected during the initial consultation will then be compiled into a visual mood board to present your design options to match your brief. The mood board will specify details such as required fabrics, measurements, placement of prints and embroidery, as well as the color pantones.

             Sampling

Once the mood board is agreed upon, we will proceed to create the samples (one sample is required for each different item). Once sample begins, the samples will be manufactured and delivered to you within 5 to 7 business days. 

NOTE: If your design involves techniques such as printing, embroidery, or washing procedures, the sample completion date will be delayed for a few additional days.

            Modifications

After the sample is delivered, a second consultation will take place to record any amendments that you would like. Perhaps the hem of the dress is slightly too long, or the logo placement doesn't quite meet your satisfaction - all changes can be made at this stage.

Production and Delivery 

When the samples have been finalised and are to satisfaction, we will do a final confirmation of the quantity of the bulk order and then begin manufacturing. The bulk order inclusive of all uniform pieces will be fabricated and delivered to you within 15-20 days.

NOTE: allow at least 1 months from initial consultation to final delivery of bulk order. This may extend if further lots of samples and amendments are needed.
